2. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, or malicious use of platform resources.
• No attempts to disrupt infrastructure or bypass service limits.
• No use that violates third-party intellectual property or licensing obligations.

3. Billing and Plan Limits

Paid features and limits are defined on the pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the selected plan cycle. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

4. Warranty and Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concreto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
